Welcome to the first edition of Your Energy Connection Corner! We’re so glad you are here!
This little corner of the world is a place for you to connect with the energies that you encounter in life. Here at Your Energy Connection Corner, this corner, we will explore the many and various energies that are around each of us. We will name the energy, discuss its characteristics and tendencies, and help you increase your awareness of that particular energy. By doing so, you will be able to identify it and become more aware of when you are handling it in your own energy field.
How is this helpful?
Once you are aware of the energy you are handling you can then choose to separate that energy out from your Self, from your energy field, OR you can choose to let it remain. Energies are not necessarily “bad” or “good” to have in your space. But, if you’re unconscious and unaware of what is there, then how do you choose what you want to be there? And how do you make more room for YOU?
Once you’ve identified and named the energy, then you have more power of choice and can command more ownership of your energy field, owning your space. You can more consciously choose the energies you want to have in your energy field. AND you can make more room there in your space to call your own energy back home to you.
Everything is Energy and at times it can be difficult to pinpoint exactly what is happening and where you are. There is so much swirling around out there and if you are a sensitive, as most of us here are, it can feel overwhelming, disorienting and hard to navigate. It is easy to get lost in the constant whirling winds of energy and the sensing that is occurring all around you at all times.
Now more than ever, it is so important to be able to come back home to your Self; to be able to manage the energies in your life, in your energy field, and own your space. By identifying what energies are NOT you, you will get better and better at discerning what IS you.
