Energy readings help Tessitura clients discern, gain clarity, and validation as often as needed. These sessions begin with Lynnette tuning in, and describing what she sees energetically in your energy field or aura. The session will then proceed depending on what shows up and what the client would like to focus on. This may include looking at the energy around specific areas of concern, simply exploring each layer of the aura, or help with healing and clearing.  Subsequent sessions may also involve coaching as clients learn tools to manage their energy.
